Business Owner

On the dashboard after you login click add a business and all modules to add products, classifieds, deals, jobs events appear and you can customise all modules to suit your business preferences.

Check 'Customer Orders' section and all orders form customers who have purchased your goods and services will be listed there. You will have section to update delivery status of the shipment to customer in this section as well.

You request a payout in the 'Payout' section of your purchased customer orders. The Payout button will only show up when customers have purchased your goods or services and you have funds available for withdrawal. 

Payouts are made to your preffered bank account within 3-5 business days of your payout request. 

You can choose any of the following options to get in touch with us:

i) Online chatbot on the website (24x7)

ii) Email us at hello[at]marketmap.africa (24x7)

iii) Phone us at the details on the website between (9am-4pm)

You can only list one business with one username. 

However, you can list as many products and services as allowed by your selected membership package. You can upgrade your membership package at any given time in order to have access and be allowed more or unlimited products, deals, classifieds, events, jobs and blogs.

Once your subscription expires, your access to features and services included in your plan will be paused. This means you may no longer be able to list new products, access certain tools, or receive priority support until you renew your subscription. However, your existing listings and data will remain saved on Market Map Online Marketplace for a grace period, allowing you to renew without losing your information. We encourage you to renew your subscription promptly to continue enjoying uninterrupted service and maximize your business growth.

Refund Policy

At Market Map Online Marketplace, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are recommended for products or services that are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • For online bookings or services, refunds are recommended if the service provider cancels or fails to deliver as agreed.
  • Refund requests must be submitted to supplier within seven (7) days of receiving the product or service.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the refund request 
  • Provide any supporting evidence such as photos or correspondence with the seller.

3. Refund Process

  • Buyer should send refund request Email to refunds[at]marketmap.africa stating the disputed invoice number, goods or services purchased and reason for refund request
  • Once your request is received, we will review it and promptly communicate with the supplier with a target to have an outcome within three to five (3-5) business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within five to seven (5-7) business days.
  • In cases where a refund is not applicable, supplier will explain the reasons clearly.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products unless faulty.
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted.
  • Any products or services where the buyer has changed their mind after purchase.

5. Disputes and Resolution

  • We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve issues amicably through our platform’s communication channels.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, Market Map Online Marketplace may mediate to find a fair outcome.

Signup for an account, login, update your details and do not add a business. You can use the account to purchase any products and services on the platform.

No. Customers do not pay any subscription fees to use the service or purchase any product on the platform. The platform is free to use for all customers who want to purchase a product.

Market Map emails sometimes go into 'Spam' or 'Junk' folders. Check spam or junk folders for email from Market Map Online Marketplace
